Safety

Safety should be everyone’s concern. Injuries are costly – on the human level, as well as the economic level. We ask that you extend the same concern, training and precautions to our employees that you extend to your own employees.

All Trades will provide workers for various tasks with inherent risks such as working on heights. However, we must be informed in advance! It is our responsibility to choose the appropriate worker(s).
Additionally, we must be able to ensure that all proper safety equipment and procedures are in place.

Communicate

Make sure your supervisors, lead men, managers and employees know that they have guest workers coming to help so necessary preparations and scheduling may be made. Advise your team that our employees are there to help them not to replace them. Communicate your needs and expectations to our employees in a clear manner. Be sure they know the who, what, why, where and when of the job site.

Maintain Control

Limit who has authority to order personnel and notify our office. Often times more workers than are needed are ordered increasing your payroll costs unnecessarily.

Avoiding Conflict

Appoint one person to supervise the temporary employees. A frequent complaint from our employees is that they receive conflicting commands and do not know the chain of command or degree of priority in the tasks assigned. Consequently, this hinders their effectiveness, presents a false image of their productivity and causes conflict within your staff.

Part of the Team

It has been proven that temporary workers made to feel an important part of the team are more reliable and productive, accepting their tasks more seriously and responsibly. This will improve your bottom line.

Be Specific

The more accurate and detailed description we have of the tasks required of our employees the better job we can do of providing the right individual on the first try. Time is money and the faster we can provide a productive team member to your company the sooner you will realize your goals. Also, be specific when explaining the tasks to our employees. They cannot read minds so clear directions will allow them to do the task to your satisfaction.

Don’t Hold Back

The old axiom “I can’t fix it if I don’t know its broke” is accurate. Please notify our office immediately if you are not happy with out employees or service. We ask for the opportunity to make it right. We will do our best to service your needs by providing the right workers, in a timely manner, at competitive rates to keep your project on time and on budget.
