Tom Stechschulte
General Manager / PartnerTom stumbled into the staffing industry when he accepted a position with one of the area’s largest staffing companies after one too many downturns in the oil field. He enjoyed matching good workers with good employers and found a new career.

Admin Asst, PayrollI take pride in showing up on time, working hard, and learning new things every day. I enjoy being hands-on and staying busy. It keeps me motivated and focused. One of the things I like most about my job is the variety; no two days are the same, and I’m always gaining experience in different areas. Working at All Trades has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I am excited to keep learning and building my future one step at a time. I want to be someone other can count on-both my team and clients we serve.
Outside of work, I like to spend my time relaxing and enjoying my life. On my days off, you can usually find me with friends or family, listening to music, going for a drive, or just taking time to recharge. I believe in staying grounded, working hard, and keeping a positive attitude no matter what.

Jessica Archuletta
Dispatcher, Recruiter, Customer Service Rep.As someone who thrives on problem-solving, I spent years working in the automotive support industry where I researched complex issues such as technical service bulletins, recalls, and manufacturing defects. I then pivoted into the safety and regulatory compliance field where I spent time focusing on different compliance standards from OSHA, MSHA, and DOT (more specifically, the Federal Railroad Administration). Earlier on, I spent two years in a technical program for carpentry and homebuilding where I learned to build houses from the ground up; I did everything from laying rebar for the foundation to completing the final finish work. I started working with All Trades in April of 2024 and have been able to bring my blend of technical insight, compliance rigor, and practical know-how to a team that values initiative and reliable execution. In my role, I am driven by the belief that everyone deserves a fair shot and that meaningful work can change lives. In my free time, I enjoy hikes with my dogs and I love to travel. I have a strong affinity for Ferris Wheels and I have traveled all across the country and to Europe for my thrill of the ride!
